As a new member of this forum, I'd like to draw your attention to my
website 'HetMagazijn' (www.het-magazijn.nl) with Pictures-to-Exe shows
and stories of my travels in the Netherlands and world wide. I would
like to ask you if you could add the site to your list of member's
websites.

My website is for the most part in the Dutch language, but nonetheless
fairly easy to navigate for people who don't speak Dutch. There are
introductory pages in English.

With regard to my slide shows, some modesty is in order. I'd like to
point out that the purpose of the Pictures-to-Exe shows on my website is
mainly to document my travels; they are not 'real' photographic projects
in the sense of the word and therefore clearly not in the same class as
many of the shows which are available on 'Beechbrook' and other
websites. Nonetheless, a number of them may be of some interest to forum
members. Anyway, I feel Pictures-to-Exe hasn't often been used on the
web in the way I do, which in itself might be worth a visit to my
website.

I'll list a number of shows, in no particular order, which might be of
interest for members to see and which might help you to form an opinion

Thought it might be useful to mention here the UK magzine for AV workers: AV News

This is the official magazine of the Royal Photographic Society Audio Visual Group.
Originally only available to actual RPS AV group members it is now available for non members to purchase.
So UK and those much further afield can receive copies if you subscribe.
Contains lots of articles on PTE and other AV tips, etc

The web site is http://www.avnews.org.uk/
As many people already know this is an excellent source of AV information and well worth the subscription costs.
No I am not involved with its production at all, except for receiving a copy four times a year as an RPS AV Group member!

The former UK magazine AVWorld finished a few years ago when this magazine became available for all.
