richardh Posted January 15, 2014 Report Share Posted January 15, 2014 I recently downloaded PTE8.0 onto my laptop. However when I drop images down onto the slide line or the timeline, I see no small image, just a blue box. Also when I pick an image from the list, I don’t see the image in the preview box either. Obviously in preview it doesn’t work either. If I use PTE 7.5 on the same PC, it is fine. Is it a graphic card issue. Or what? I would really like to use the laptop, so I can demonstrate the great new features of PTE8.0 over PTE 7.5. Can anyone advise? Cheers, Richard.
