Jak - the PNG snow file is zipped in with the tutorial, just extract the wmv and snow5.png from the zipped second link above...

Though I named it "Hawaiiwaterfall" the first image is actually a scene from Plitvice Lakes in Croatia - one of the most beautiful waterfall series in the world...
