slide style

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a slide style that starts with say four or five images centered and stacked behind each other then they move to the four corners and the center one zooms in

Hi Mick,

That would be easy for you to create. First decide on the aspect ratio - then decide on how many images. Let's use five as an example and a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Open PTE and load a single image such as the one you expect to be the center one which end's up filling the screen. Set the zoom to the size you want the initial image(s) to appear such as 30%. Load four more 16:9 images in Objects and Animations as objects and set their zooms to 30%.  Now you have five total images which are "stacked" and only the center one visible. Set a slide time sufficient for the entire animation such as 15 seconds. Click on each of the five images one at a time then set a keyframe for each at say 5 seconds and drag each of the ones you want to go to the corners into its respective corner with the second keyframe highlighted. For the centered one, just leave it centered for its second keyframe. Next click on the image you want to be zoomed to fill the screen and create a third keyframe at say 10 seconds and with this keyframe selected, drag the center image to 100% (or just change the zoom number to 100). If you want the motion to be smooth, select each keyframe for each object and set the motion to smooth. 

Now preview to see if this works like you expect. If it does, then select each object and go to the Properties tab and give each an index number starting with 1 and ending with 5. Save the project then click on "Style style" "Tools" "Create Style" and put in the appropriate information and you have your style. Open a new project, put in at least five 16:9 images and select five and apply your style. Should work just fine..

Here's a quick experimental style for you to play with...  You can add borders, change timings, etc., then create and save as a new style..
