snapcam Posted January 27, 2019 Report Share Posted January 27, 2019 In recent days I noticed that occasionally the programme would not reopen an unpublished sequence. The programme now refuses to open at all either a previous working file or direct from the desktop. the loading circle just runs and the computer says the programme is not responding. I get warnings when I open an earlier version of PTE. see attached screen shots. I have downloaded the latest programme again to no avail. HELP! snapcam Posted January 27, 2019 Author Report Share Posted January 27, 2019 UPDATE. I had previously downloaded PTE again to deal with the problem to no avail . I have just uninstalled PTE and reinstalled from download. All normal again!! Thank Goodness! I would still like to know if possible what may have caused this problem for information for my AV Group as I know this may have happened before to others.
