Hi Lin, Ale was asking about enlarging the Timeline in O&A.

This is something many people have asked for, but at the moment it is not possible.

Hopefully in future version!

By holding down the CTRL key and left clicking mouse cursor on objects on different layers you can see the individual keyframes for each object simultaneously. You can also change the width of keyframe appearance by the "tools" button "Keyframe width" if this helps.

Best regards,

Lin

We plan this possibility in future version.

Try to maximize a window of PTE AV Studio - it will give more space to show the timeline with keyframes.

Great News, this will be a really useful feature.

I do work with a maximised window on a 1920 monitor.
But as my eyesight is poor I have the text size set to 150% otherwise I cannot see it.
This means the Timeline in O&A is not as wide so very difficult to see when keyframes are close together.

Jill,

It also possible to show larger keyframes in the timeline view. Check Tools button menu > Keyframe Width. From 100% to 300%.

Splitter between Timeline view and Properties/Animation tab can be adjusted to give more or less screen space for the timeline.

P.S. I also work at 1920 x 1080 with 140% of scale in Windows 10 (I use a custom screen mode to set 140%, not 150%).

Thanks for the suggestions.

If key frames are very close together then having larger keyframs can make it more difficult.
It is the width of the Timeline that is the problem when you have a long slide.
If it is only a few sevonds it is not a problem.

With some text even at 150% I struggle to read it, especially when my eyes are tired.

Hi,

Enlarging the Timeline in O&A will be a great improvement, for example with a lot of keyframes on a long view - more than 30s

Jill,

I understand and apologize for this problem.

No problem I don't do that much animation & if I do, then I try to break it down into smaller slides so I can see the keyframes.

Also as I work with 2 monitors i can always drag the window across both to get a wider view if I need it.

But a way to expand the Timeline will be a great help, especially now we can see the waveform it is helpful to expand that to get exact timing with the sound.
