After creating the exe and trying to run it I receive the message ' This app can't run on your PC' , see screenshot. There is nothing unusual about the project 1920x1080, slides & video, and all previous exe files created in PTE 8 still run OK. Dell XPS 8930 running Windows 10. Igor Posted January 13, 2020 Report Share Posted January 13, 2020 Hi, Do you create an EXE show and run it on same computer? I recommend to reinstall PTE AV Studio. Please download and install it again from WnSoft website:https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/download/ Then create an EXE file again. neilj Posted January 13, 2020 Author Report Share Posted January 13, 2020 SOLVED. Hi Igor, The problem was an 11 minute MP4 file. It was originally shot at 100mbps and rendered at 80mbps. Igor Posted January 13, 2020 Report Share Posted January 13, 2020 Neil, I'm glad that you solved this problem! Yes, EXE file cannot be larger than 3.9 GB. Future PTE 11 will warn in case of too large file to help users determine a problem.
